Organic Shishito pepper

Originally from Japan, Shishito, which means "lion's head" in Japanese, is a salty-tasting chili pepper found just below that of bell pepper. Its delicate flavor makes it a vegetable of choice that we have selected for you.

This pepper can be added to any dish to enhance your dishes. Seared and drizzled with lemon juice while cooking is how we prefer it here at Ferme Giroflée. In burgers, with Dijon, mayo and mushrooms, it is a hit.
